Jeff Clarke

Chief Executive Officer and President, Travelport Inc.

Jeff Clarke is Chief Executive Officer and President of Travelport, formerly Cendant Travel Distribution Services.

Most recently, Jeff was chief operating officer for CA (formerly Computer Associates), where he was responsible for sales, services, business development, partnerships, alliances, finance and information technology. He joined CA in April, 2004.

Jeff has 20 years of strategic, operational and financial experience with leading high-technology firms. Prior to joining CA he was executive vice president, global operations for Hewlett-Packard Company (HP) where he was responsible for the largest global supply chain and procurement operations in the technology industry. As executive vice president, merger integration, Jeff played a key role in integrating the operations, financials and cultures of HP and Compaq Computer Corporation following the $19 billion merger of the two companies. He is widely credited with leading the team which identified and captured more than $3.5 billion in savings.

He was senior vice president, finance and administration and chief financial officer at Compaq Computer Corporation from 2001 until the completion of the merger with HP in 2002.

Jeff began his career with Digital Equipment Corporation in 1985, holding a series of financial positions including finance director for Digital France. He joined Compaq in 1998 following its acquisition of Digital and served as the vice president of strategic finance, and later as the vice president, finance and strategy worldwide sales and services, before being named chief financial officer.

Jeff holds a bachelor's degree in economics from the State University of New York at Geneseo and a master's degree in business administration from Northeastern University.

Jeff is a member of the UTStarcom Board of Directors, a NASDAQ listed firm.

Eric J. Bock

General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, Travelport

Eric J. Bock is General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Travelport, formerly Cendant Travel Distribution Services.

Prior to this role, Eric was executive vice president, law and corporate secretary for Cendant, overseeing the Company's legal practice groups in securities and corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, corporate secretarial and governance matters, executive compensation, travel distribution services and marketing services. He also served on Cendant's business ethics committee, disclosure committee, employee benefits committee and business continuity planning committee.

Since joining Cendant’s predecessor, HFS Incorporated, in July 1997, Eric has been a key participant in the growth of Cendant. During the Company's acquisitive growth period, he managed the legal aspects of Cendant's acquisitions including Galileo International, Cheap Tickets, Avis, Budget and Trendwest as well as numerous tuck-in acquisitions. Eric also played an integral part in the Company's strategic realignment in 1999 under which 18 non-core businesses were divested and more than $4.5 billion of proceeds were generated.

From July 1997 until December 1999, Eric served as vice president, legal and assistant secretary and was promoted to senior vice president in January 2000 and corporate secretary in May 2000. On May 1, 2002, he was named executive vice president, law.

Prior to joining Cendant, Eric was associated with the corporate group at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP, where he participated in transactions relating to the public and private offerings of equity and debt, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate matters. From 1990 until 1994, Eric was associated with Shearman & Sterling, where he participated in the implementation and execution of joint ventures, mergers, acquisitions, public offerings, private placements and general corporate matters.

Eric graduated from Lafayette College in 1987 and Fordham University School of Law in 1990.

Terence P. Conley

Chief Administrative Officer, Travelport

Terence Terry is Chief Administrative Officer of Travelport, formerly Cendant Travel Distribution Services.

Prior to this role, Terry was executive vice president of human resources and corporate services for Cendant Corporation. Cendant was primarily a provider of residential real estate and travel services operating in over 100 countries and generating $18 billion in revenue.

With over 18 years of human resources experience, Terry oversaw global HR, facilities management, corporate real estate, events marketing and security functions throughout the enterprise. Under Terry’s leadership, his team launched a company-wide "Employer of Choice" initiative to Cendant’s 90,000 employees, significantly increasing Cendant's employee engagement and organizational capability.

Terry has extensive experience in both strategic and operational human resource management with multiple industries, including: retail, manufacturing, restaurant, financial services, real estate, travel, and consumer products.

Prior to joining Cendant, Terry spent nearly 10 years with the PepsiCo organization, with HR leadership assignments in corporate and all their subsidiaries. His last position was vice president of human resources at The Pepsi-Cola Company. In this role, Terry culminated his career by leading the HR aspects of the formation of independent bottling entities as a result of the break-up of the Pepsi-Cola sales and distribution organization. Prior to this role, Terry was director of human resources with PepsiCo's Frito Lay division, director of human resources for PepsiCo corporate, and director of human resources with PepsiCo's KFC unit.

Prior to that, Terry served in various HR capacities with RH Macy & Company.

Terry received his Bachelor of Science degree in management and marketing from New York University.

Ken Esterow

President and Chief Executive Officer, Business Group, Americas, Travelport

Ken Esterow is President and Chief Executive Officer of the Business Group in the Americas for Travelport, formerly Cendant Travel Distribution Services.

In this position, Ken is responsible for the overall structure of the Galileo and THOR businesses and also includes the supplier teams for this region, as well as for the Global Airline Solutions business.

Prior to this role, Ken was senior vice president and chief development officer, responsible for product innovation, marketing and strategy, as part of the Shared Services group within Cendant Travel Distribution Services.

He has also served as senior vice president of the Strategic Development group at Cendant, focusing on the strategy and operations components of Cendant’s M&A activities, corporate development and Internet-related initiatives. Prior to that, Ken was senior vice president and general manager of AutoVantage.com, TravelersAdvantage.com, and PrivacyGuard.com with responsibilities such as marketing, business development, advertising, sales and product development.

Ken has also held previous positions at Cendant in new channel development and product management. He came to the company in 1996 from Deloitte & Touche, where he was a management consultant focused on consumer and financial services.
Ken earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of Pennsylvania and his M.B.A. from the Wharton School, with a concentration in finance.

Jo-Anne Kruse

Executive Vice President, Human Resources, Travelport

Jo-Anne Kruse is Executive Vice President, Human Resources for Travelport, formerly Cendant Travel Distribution Services.

In this role, Jo-Anne is responsible for global Human Resources, Facilities, Security, Communications, and our Six Sigma process and engineering program. She played a key role in the integration of Galileo and Orbitz into the Cendant family since the close of these acquisitions.

Previously, Jo-Anne was Vice President, Human Resources, for Galileo’s parent company, Cendant Corporation where she was responsible for corporate and business unit Human Resource functions (total 3,000 employees) within a highly diversified and matrixed 60,000-employee conglomerate.

Prior to joining Cendant, Jo-Anne worked in a variety of Human Resource positions at PepsiCo, Inc./Frito-Lay for five years. Her career also includes positions at Bristol-Myers Squibb/Clairol, where she was Manager of Human Resources. She began her career with Chase Manhattan Bank.

Jo-Anne received a Master’s degree from Columbia University and a Bachelor’s degree from Cornell University.

Daryl Raiford

Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Finance and Operations, Travelport

Daryl Raiford is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Travelport, formerly Cendant Travel Distribution Services, responsible for all finance and administration functions as well as technology, legal and product development.

Prior to joining Travelport, Daryl was Vice President of Finance and Administration at Hewlett Packard in the Americas. In this role, he led financial planning and reporting, finance, tax and treasury operations, and shared services for procurement, real estate and credit operations for the $40 billion Americas region, ensuring alignment across all regions and business units.

Prior to joining Hewlett Packard, Daryl served as Deputy Corporate Controller and Acting Vice President and Corporate Controller for Compaq Computer Corporation, where he was charged with corporate-level controllership, reporting and analysis, enterprise-wide controls and financial policies.

Before joining Compaq, Daryl was Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of a Royal/Dutch Shell business unit in The Hague and Houston, Texas. Prior to Shell, he served 11 years at Price Waterhouse in accounting, consulting and mergers and acquisitions roles both in Houston, Texas and London, UK.

Daryl graduated from the University of Texas at Austin. He is a Certified Public Accountant in Texas and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants’ (AICPA) group of 100 Committee, where he regularly advises the AICPA on finance and accounting matters of interest to the AICPA’s members and constituents.

Mitch Truwit

President and Chief Executive Officer, Orbitz Worldwide, Travelport

Mitch Truwit is President and Chief Executive Officer of the global Consumer Group within Travelport, formerly Cendant Travel Distribution Services. In this role, he oversees the group's brands and services, including Orbitz.com, ebookers.com, CheapTickets.com, and more.

Prior to joining Cendant, Mitch was Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at priceline.com, where he was charged with overseeing all aspects of the business including airline, rental car and personal finance businesses, international, corporate development, operations and customer service. Mitch brings significant experience in leading acquisitions and mergers and in the development and launch of consumer products in the travel industry. Additionally, as Executive Vice President of Operations & Product Development, he successfully delivered operating cost reductions. He joined the company in July 1999 as Senior Vice President, Corporate Development.

Previously, Mitch was Director of Business Development for Oxford Health Plans, where he managed expansion markets, and developed and implemented a very successful turnaround plan.

Mitch earned his Masters in Business Administration at Harvard University School of Business Administration in Boston, Master of Arts and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science at Vassar College in Poughkeepsie, NY. He currently serves on the Board of Special Olympics, Connecticut.

Gordon Wilson

President and Chief Executive Officer, Business Group, EMEA, Asia & Pacific, Travelport

Gordon Wilson is President and Chief Executive Officer of the EMEA, Asia & Pacific Business Group for Travelport, formerly Cendant Travel Distribution Services. In this position, Gordon is responsible for the Galileo Global Distribution system, Gullivers Travel Associates, Trust International, Wizcom and Travel 2 Travel 4, the UK's leading consolidator/wholesaler and UK-based supplier teams.

Previous roles have included Vice President, Global Customer Service Delivery, based in Denver, Colorado in the U.S.; Managing Director of Galileo Southern Africa based in Johannesburg, R.S.A.; Managing Director of Galileo Portugal and Espanà based in Lisbon and General Manager, Airline Sales and Marketing for Galileo International.

Prior to joining Galileo International in 1991, which was acquired by Cendant in 2001, Gordon held a number of positions in the UK airline and chemical industries.

Gordon has a Master's degree in law from the University of Cambridge, UK, and a postgraduate diploma in air and space law from University College, UK.
