E-Tracker is one of the most valuable products Galileo has provided for us and we cannot imagine how we managed electronic tickets without it!

We use E-Tracker to track open electronic tickets.  In the past, tracking open tickets was so time-consuming that it was either not done or it cost much more in man power than the monthly charge for E-Tracker. 

We now include E-Tracker when we tender for new accounts by demonstrating our ability to chase all refunds for our clients and refund them automatically with only a small administration fee.  In this way, E-Tracker provides our clients with an additional service and provides Rima Travel with an additional revenue source.

We find Galileo’s Custom Fares very useful in helping us to meet and exceed our customers’ expectations while also saving us time and improving company efficiency.

Our staff are saving considerable time as they no longer having to spend time searching for the best fares and are able to sell with confidence knowing that the fares they are quoting are the best possible fares for the customer.  The system does all the hard work for us by searching for fares from multiple sources including published fares, our own negotiated fares and no frills carrier web sites.  We particularly like the way that the results are presented allowing us to carry out fare comparisons quickly and easily. 

The product further contributes toward improving efficiency by automatically adding the segment to a PNR allowing the information to be handed off to the back office for accounting purposes.
