Our customers believe that the lowest rates are found on Internet sites and that our agency cannot compete. They have the perception that booking directly with a supplier or with an online agency will provide access to rates that our agency cannot book. Customers also believe that the package deals available on the Internet offer a better value than what our agency can provide by booking air, car and hotel through the GDS.
