Does your agency need to increase efficiency with quality control tools?

Everyone is human, and mistakes happen, but it seems that the busier we get, the greater the opportunity for mistakes. We need a way to ensure that we are adhering to corporate policies, confirming correct rates and incorporating traveler preferences in the booking. It would be great if we could independently double check every booking, but staffing and volumes don’t permit that luxury.
