GALILEO SIGNS NEW DISTRIBUTION AGREEMENT WITH US HELICOPTER

LANGLEY, UK, 20 August 2007 – Galileo, a leading global distribution system (GDS) and technology provider, today announced a new multi-year global content distribution agreement with US Helicopter, the ‘Eight-Minute Airport Shuttle.’ Through the agreement, all of US Helicopter’s published fares and inventory will be available to Galileo-connected travel agencies worldwide.

US Helicopter’s scheduled service offers business travelers an affordable, reliable and hassle-free eight-minute airport commute between two Manhattan Heliports, John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK) and Newark Liberty International Airport (Newark Liberty).  In partnership with Delta Air Lines at JFK and through a codeshare agreement with Continental Airlines at Newark Liberty, passengers flying on US Helicopter’s partner airlines have the added advantage of receiving a boarding pass and baggage check - through to their final destination. Customers clear TSA security screening at the heliport and board their US Helicopter flight, arriving at the airport on the secure side where they go directly to their outbound flight when traveling with a partner airline.

“Our partnership with Galileo will prove to be valuable, as we can now better provide travelers efficient access to US Helicopter inventory with high levels of accuracy, reliability and security through every transaction,” said Jerry Murphy, chief executive officer and president of US Helicopter. “Galileo provides the distribution channels necessary to expand the customer base of US Helicopter.”

“Galileo is committed to securing new content for our travel agency customers, and delivering cost-effective and value-added distribution solutions for our supplier customers,” said Matthew Hall, Vice President, Supplier Business Development EMEA, Galileo.  “We are delighted to help US Helicopter reach the 49,000 Galileo-connected travel agencies and their customers who prefer to buy, book and manage fares through the efficiency of the Galileo GDS channel.”
