The Belgian flag carrier’s content secured for Galileo-connected travel agencies worldwide
Brussels, Belgium, 14 May 2007,
Galileo, a leading global distribution system (GDS) and subsidiary of Travelport, today announced details of a new 3-year full content agreement with Brussels Airlines. The agreement will see all Brussels
Airlines’ fares and inventory continue to be made available to all Galileo-connected travel agents across the globe. In addition, Galileo-connected travel agencies are guaranteed parity in relation to fares offered by Brussels Airlines’ through all other distribution channels.
Brussels Airlines was formed following the merger of SN Brussels Airlines – the largest full service Belgian airline – and Virgin Express, the European low cost airline. Brussels Airlines took to the sky for the first time on 25 March 2007.The deal, concluded very recently, represents a continuation of Galileo’s successful strategy of securing full content programmes across the globe. “We are pleased to
